My works

Where Clipia keeps your generations, how to search, download, organize, reuse, publish and delete them, and how much storage each plan gives you.

My works is your library in Clipia. Every result lands here automatically: images, video and audio from the studios and the agent chat. Files you uploaded as references are kept here too.

Where to find your results

  • Right after generation — in the studio: on the canvas and in the My tasks panel.
  • Next to trends — on the My works tab of the Trends page. Open a work and click Use to send it to a studio.
  • The full library — in My works in the side menu.
  • In Telegram — the bot's /last command shows your 5 most recent works; see Clipia in Telegram.

Search, filters and sorting

  • Filter by type: all types, images, video, audio.
  • Sort by date (newest or oldest first), name or size.
  • Search your works. The In all folders switch searches the whole library, not just the open folder.

What you can do with a work

Folders

  • Create a folder and give it a name of up to 120 characters.
  • Move works and folders by dragging them or with Move to folder.
  • To delete a folder, confirm by typing the word "delete". The works inside are deleted along with the folder.

Publishing and your profile

By default all works are private: only you can see them.

Open the work

Click the work in your library and choose Publish.

Fill in the card

Add a title (at least 3 characters) and, optionally, a description (up to 500 characters).

Decide whether to show the prompt

You can hide the prompt — viewers will then see "Prompt hidden by author".

Published works appear on your public profile at clipia.ai/en/your-username: up to 50 latest works and their likes. The profile refreshes about every 2 minutes. You can change your username and profile visibility in settings.

Unpublish removes the work from your public profile; it stays in your library.

Storage

How much space you get for your works depends on your plan.

PlanStorage
No subscription500 MB
Basic2 GB
Standard5 GB
Pro20 GB
Ultima50 GB

There is no time limit: works stay in your library until you delete them.

Deleting

  • Delete removes a work from your library. It cannot be restored from the interface, so download any files you need first.
  • You can select several works and delete them at once.
  • Deleting a work does not refund the credits spent on generating it.

Troubleshooting

SituationWhat to do
A work is missing from FilesCheck the Processing tab — the generation may still be running. If it failed, the credits were returned automatically
Search does not find itTurn on In all folders and reset the type filter
Failed to publish workMake sure the title is at least 3 characters and try again
A video does not play in the previewDownload the file and open it locally, or reload the page

Tips

  • Create folders per project or client — it makes a series easy to find a month later.
  • Before deleting a large folder, download anything you may need.
  • To make a series in one style, use a successful work as a template and change only the subject in the prompt.
