Content License

1. General Provisions

This Content License ("License") defines the rights and restrictions regarding the use of AI-generated content created using the Clipia.ai platform ("Service"). This License is an integral part of the Terms of Service.

All subscription plans provide access to all available AI image and video generation models. The differences between plans lie in the scope of rights to use the generated content.

2. Rights by Subscription Plan

License for personal, non-commercial use of generated content.

Allowed:

Posting on personal social media (without monetization)
Use in portfolios and personal projects
Use for educational and learning purposes
Creating content for personal use

Prohibited:

Any commercial use
Selling or transferring content rights to third parties
Use in advertising materials

Extended license including basic commercial use.

Allowed:

All Basic plan rights
Posting on commercial social media and blogs
Use in advertising materials and marketing
Use on websites and in online projects
Creating content for presentations and reports

Prohibited:

Direct resale of content as a standalone product
Creating content for clients on commission
Use in NFTs and tokenized assets

Extended commercial license for professional use.

Allowed:

All Standard plan rights
Creating content for clients on commission
Content monetization (YouTube, Patreon, Boosty, etc.)
Use in commercial products and services
Use in printed materials (merchandise, posters, covers)

Prohibited:

Mass resale of content on stock platforms
Creating NFTs and tokenized assets

Full commercial license with no restrictions on usage methods.

Allowed:

All Pro plan rights
Resale of content, including on stock platforms
Creating and selling NFTs and tokenized assets
Use for any commercial purpose without restrictions
Transferring content rights to third parties

4. General Restrictions

Regardless of the subscription plan, it is strictly prohibited to use generated content for:

Creating child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Creating deepfake content without the consent of depicted individuals
Inciting hatred, discrimination, or violence (hate speech)
Spreading disinformation and fake news
Fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities
Infringing on copyrights and trademarks of third parties
Creating content related to terrorism and extremism

5. Attribution

Pro and Ultima plans: attribution (crediting Clipia.ai as the creation tool) is not required.

Basic and Standard plans: when publishing content, attribution is recommended (but not mandatory): "Created with Clipia.ai".

6. Rights of Clipia.ai

By using the Service, you grant Clipia.ai a non-exclusive right to:

Use anonymized generation data to improve model quality
Display public content in the community gallery (unless you have disabled this setting)
Analyze usage statistics to improve the Service

Clipia.ai does not claim ownership of the content you create. You retain all rights within the scope of your subscription plan.

7. Changes to License Terms

We may modify the terms of this License. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service interface at least 30 days before they take effect.

Changes are not retroactive: content created before the modification of terms continues to be used under the conditions that were in effect at the time of its creation.
