1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy", "AUP") defines what content may and may not be created using Clipia.ai. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
Purpose of this policy:
- Provide a safe environment for all users
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Meet the requirements of our partners (payment processors, app stores)
- Prevent unlawful use of AI technologies
2. Content categories
2.1 Permitted content ✅
You may use Clipia.ai to create:
- Artistic and creative projects
- Marketing and advertising materials
- Educational content
- Entertainment content
- Content featuring your own likeness
- Content featuring third parties with their consent
- Characters and scenes for games, films, and animation
2.2 Restricted content ⚠️
The following content is permitted subject to certain conditions:
- Artistic nudity — permissible in an artistic context, provided there is no sexual context
- Images of real people — only with documented consent
- Adult content (non-pornographic) — may require additional verification
2.3 Prohibited content ❌
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Pornography and sexually explicit content
- Extreme violence and gore
- Content that infringes the rights of third parties
- Content promoting hatred or discrimination
3. Zero tolerance content 🚫
IMMEDIATE BAN WITHOUT RIGHT OF APPEAL:
- 🚫 Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
- 🚫 Depictions of sexual violence or non-consensual acts
- 🚫 Content promoting terrorism or extremism
- 🚫 Zoophilia
Consequences: Immediate and permanent account suspension. Possible notification to law enforcement authorities.
4. Detailed description of prohibitions
4.1 Content involving minors
ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION on creating content that:
- Depicts minors in a sexual context
- Depicts minors in explicit poses
- Uses age descriptions under 18 in a romantic or sexual context
- Imitates or stylizes minors with sexual undertones
4.2 Violence and harmful content
Prohibited:
- Realistic depictions of murder, torture, or dismemberment
- Gore and extreme violence
- Self-harm and suicide
- Instructions for causing harm
4.3 Hatred and discrimination
Prohibited:
- Hate speech — content inciting hatred
- Hate symbols (Nazi symbols, etc.)
- Content degrading groups of people
- Propaganda of genocide or ethnic cleansing
4.4 Deepfakes and manipulation
Prohibited:
- Creating deepfake content without the consent of the depicted individuals
- Creating false compromising information
- Manipulating images to spread disinformation
5. Use of real people's images
5.1 Your own image
When using your own image:
- You confirm that you are the person depicted
- You accept responsibility for the content created
- You understand that generation results may be imperfect
5.2 Images of third parties
Mandatory requirements:
- Obtain written consent from the depicted individual
- Consent must be voluntary and informed
- The depicted individual must be of legal age
- Retain consent documentation for at least 3 years
6. Sanctions system
Violation levels:

Appeals
- Appeals are NOT accepted for "Zero tolerance" violations
- For other categories, you may file an appeal within 30 days
- Appeals should be sent to: appeals@clipia.ai
- Review period: up to 14 business days
7. How to report a violation
If you discover content that violates our policy:
- Use the "Report" button in the interface
- Or email us at: abuse@clipia.ai
- Include a link to the content and the type of violation
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
