Your tier is based on active paying referrals and sets both rates. Starter (0–9): 10% + 1%. Creator+ (10–29): 12% + 2%. Master (30–99): 15% + 3%. Ambassador (100–249): 20% + 4%. Legend (250+): 25% + 5%. The second number is L2 — earned from payments by partners your referrals bring in.

The matching commission is cancelled automatically. If it has already been paid out, the case goes to manual finance review.
