Clipia also works inside Telegram. The [@clipiabot](https://t.me/clipiabot) bot opens a mini app — the same Clipia, just inside the messenger window: generations, your works and payments without switching to a browser. The bot itself shows your balance and latest works.

- You want to make an image or a clip quickly from your phone.

## Getting started

### Open the bot

Find [@clipiabot](https://t.me/clipiabot) in Telegram and tap Start, or send /start.

### Open the mini app

Tap «Открыть Clipia» (Open Clipia). You are signed in automatically — no separate sign-up or password needed.

### Get your welcome credits

New users get 5 welcome credits after sharing their phone number in Telegram. You can skip this step, but then there are no welcome credits.

### Create your first work

Inside the mini app everything works the same way as on the website: choose a studio for images, video or sound, describe the task and check the price on the run button. See [Studios](/en/docs/studios).

## Bot commands

| Command | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| /start | A welcome message and the «Открыть Clipia» (Open Clipia) button |
| /balance | Shows your credit balance |
| /last | Shows your 5 latest works |
| /topup | Opens top-up in the mini app |
| /help | Help |

The same actions are available as menu buttons: «Баланс» (Balance), «Мои работы» (My works), «Пополнить» (Top up) and «Помощь» (Help).

## Payments

You can top up your balance or subscribe without leaving Telegram: the /topup command or the «Пополнить» button opens checkout in the mini app. You can pay by bank card or via SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System). ## Limitations

- The mini app opens in Telegram on mobile and desktop. If the window is too narrow for the settings you need, open [clipia.ai](/) in a browser.
- The mini app account is tied to your Telegram. It is not automatically merged with an account you created on the website with email, Google or Yandex: balance, subscription and works are separate. For questions about merging accounts, contact support.

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| The bot does not respond | Send /start again or restart Telegram |
| Welcome credits did not arrive | They go only to new users, and only after you share your phone number |
| The mini app does not open | Update Telegram to the latest version and tap «Открыть Clipia» again |
| A payment failed | Try another payment method. If you were charged but the credits did not arrive, contact support |
