## Credits and plans

<Accordions>
<Accordion title="What are credits?">
Clipia's internal currency: each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model and settings. Your subscription adds credits every month, and you can top up with packs. See [Credits and plans](/en/docs/product/credits).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Can I try it without paying?">
Yes: try it free — 5 credits when you sign up. That's enough, for example, for one 5-second 480p clip with Grok Imagine Video 1.5. The easiest way to begin is the [quick start](/en/docs/product/quickstart).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="How much does a generation cost?">
It depends on the model and settings. The exact price is always on the launch button before you're charged; the "from N" label in the model list is a guide to the cheapest configuration. Per-model prices are in [Models](/en/docs/models).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Which plan should I choose?">
Plans differ in monthly credits, concurrent generations, storage and usage rights. Every model is available on every plan. Basic covers personal projects, business ads and social media need at least Standard, and client work needs Pro. See the comparison in [Credits and plans](/en/docs/product/credits#plans).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Do credits expire?">
Subscription credits last until the end of the paid period and don't roll over. Credits bought in packs never expire, but you can only use them with an active subscription. See [Spending order and credit lifetime](/en/docs/product/credits#spending-order-and-credit-lifetime).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Can I buy credits without a subscription?">
No, top-up packs are for subscribers only. Without a subscription you have your welcome credits.
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Is there a discount for paying annually?">
Yes, annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly. See the [pricing page](/en/tariffs) for full terms.
</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## Refunds

<Accordions>
<Accordion title="A generation failed — do I get my credits back?">
Yes, automatically and in full: on an error, a model refusal, a timeout, a stuck job, or a result that fails the safety check. No need to contact support. See [How the price is quoted and charged](/en/docs/product/credits#how-the-price-is-quoted-and-charged).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="I didn't like the result — can I get my credits back?">
No: if the service worked correctly, credits aren't returned. To keep costs down, test ideas on cheap settings and run the final version in high quality.
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="How do I get a refund for my subscription?">
A renewal charge can be refunded within 3 days if you haven't spent a single credit from the new period. Email billing@clipia.ai. Terms are in the [refund policy](/en/refunds) and in [Payments and subscription](/en/docs/product/payments#refunds).
</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## Payments and subscription

<Accordions>
<Accordion title="Which payment methods are available?">
Cards from banks outside Russia (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) — charged in US dollars via Stripe. Russian bank cards (MIR, Visa, Mastercard) and SBP — paid through the Russian checkout. See [Payment methods](/en/docs/product/payments#payment-methods).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
On the [pricing page](/en/tariffs), use the "Cancel subscription" button on your current plan's card, or go to the [Balance and subscription](/en/tokens) page. Your subscription and credits stay available until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="What happens to my credits after I cancel?">
Everything stays available until the period ends. After that, subscription credits are reset to zero; purchased credits are kept, but you can only use them after you resubscribe. Your works stay in your account.
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="I paid but the credits didn't arrive">
Credits usually arrive within a few minutes. Refresh the balance page; if they're still missing after 15–20 minutes, email support@clipia.ai with your receipt.
</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## Quality and moderation

<Accordions>
<Accordion title="Why doesn't the result match my description?">
Be more specific: subject, action, setting, lighting, camera angle. Try another model — models have different strengths. You can borrow ready-made prompts from [templates](/en/docs/product/templates), and the [assistant](/en/docs/product/assistant) can help improve your prompt.
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Why was my request rejected by moderation?">
The request may have touched prohibited topics — explicit scenes, violence, real celebrities — or the filter reacted to a single word. No credits are charged. Rephrase the request or pick another model. The rules are in [Content rules](/en/docs/product/rules).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Can I use results commercially?">
Yes, starting with Standard: ads, business social media, websites. Client work and monetization start at Pro; resale and stock sites require Ultima. See [Usage rights](/en/docs/product/rules#usage-rights).
</Accordion>
<Accordion title="Can other people see my works?">
No, works are private by default. Others only see a work if you publish it, and you can unpublish it at any time. See [Privacy of your works](/en/docs/product/rules#privacy-of-your-works).
</Accordion>
</Accordions>
